Position: Korean Customer Care Representative (Temporary Work From Home with Laptop Provided)
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 105,000 (Negotiable)
Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home (Laptop is provided)
Work Schedule: Day shift, Weekends off
Requirements:
•Korean National proficient in English (Preferably present in the Philippines)
•Must be Bachelor's degree graduate of any course
•With experience in Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Order processing,
•With knowledge in using (SAP/CRM/SFDC) system
•Proficient in MS EXCEL
•Knowledgeable in Order Management process
•With CS background or experience
Responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders of Korean customers submitted through phone, email and other online channels
• Issue invoice and ensure accuracy in accordance to company product listing of prices
• Manage order status and shipment updates to ensure products are delivered timely
• Update system regarding received logistic inquiries/complaints from customers
• Monitor inventory status and stock levels to make sure to support customers purchase requests
