• Assists the boss on her day-to-day errands.
• Overseeing the housemaid's job
• Assists in house renovation, finding contractors or maintenance for minor repairs
• Organizes the schedule of the boss.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Reminding the boss of important tasks and deadlines.
• Attends business events with the boss, socialize.
• Organizing events and conferences.
• Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
• Conducting or preparing any research.
