Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: P 80,000- P 100,000 gross - Negotiable
Work Setup:Temporary Work from Home; Equipment provided
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage hiring activities.
• Manage performance and monitor completion of activities
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent-related processes
• Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
• Pre-select candidates based on CVs and phone screening and provide the hiring manager with the shortlist
• Establish and drive relationships with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
• Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders
• Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree Holder; Preferably Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in end to end Recruitment in the Shared Services environment
• Expert knowledge in the field of Recruitment, and Customer orientation
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional) and English language
• Ideally work experience in different HR roles
• Leadership experience is beneficial
