JOB DESCRIPTION
To timely reply to customers inquiry via chat and phone
To closely trace issues and make sure they are properly handled
To communicate well with related dept. for all general issues
To inform customers important info such as product/feature release, promotion or maintenance
To collect VOC and closely follow them up
Other assignments or supports requested by the dept. head, e.g. Game/ Back office testing or records of working activities
