REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak, read and write Mandarin proficiently.
1-2 years of experience in a retail setting
College degree holder of any business management profession
Should have pleasing personality
Having a friendly and engaging personality.
DUTIES:
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
Answering queries from customers
Responsible dealing with customer complaints
Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
Keep up to date with product information
Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Accurately describe product features and benefits
