REQUIREMENTS:
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin language
• Good communication skills
• College graduates of any course
• Must have Online Gaming experience
• With experience as CSR Team Lead for 2 years
DUTIES:
• Manage and monitor customer’s feedback to provide good quality of service
• Handle serious complaints and make case studies
• Handle Customer Service report and incident report
• Contribute ideas for the improvement of company’s system
• Monitor and audit the service quality, and have improvement plans to meet • KPI targets
