Position: Korean Client Relationship Management Specialist

Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 days per week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)

Requirements:
• Open for Korean National preferably with permanent visa
• Open for Filipino conversational in English and Korean
• Bachelor degree in any field
• With at least BPO or Shared Services experience
Responsibilities:
• Assist the client and provide resolutions to their concern or inquiry
• Responsible to monitor and update the data in a timely manner
• Responsible to gather, identify and analyze the CRM requirements and make sure that the requirements are met.
