Requirements:
• Korean National preferably located in the Philippines
• Filipino National Conversational in Korean language
• Conversational in English language
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses
• With at least 2-3 years experience in the same field
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage all the performance of the team
• Monitor the performance of the team and make sure that the target is met.
• Responsible to resolve escalations or issues that the team cannot resolve
• Provide support to the Buyer Team Manager for any changes in buying process or sourcing policy
• Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within Sourcing areas
