Requirements:
•Korean National conversational in English
•Filipino National with at least business level proficiency in Korean language
•Preferably Degree Holders of any courses
•Must at least have working experience in BPO
•Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and similar applications
Responsibilities:
•Review payroll system and audit payroll information uploaded
•Attend to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits
•Coordinate with HR, Accounting and Payroll Team and provide support
•Participate with payroll process improvements
