Requirements:
• Korean National conversational in English
• Bachelor degree in any courses
• With at least 1 year experience as a Operations Manager
• Preferably with experience in managing employee is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage 100 - 200 employees
• Monitor the performance of the employee
• Oversee the operational activities of the company
• Responsible in coordinating to various department to ensure the successful of operations
• Conduct meetings with the team and discuss the concern, issue and updates.
