Qualifications
At least Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean Language
preferably residing in Philippines
Good English communication skills
Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates and Highschool Graduates
Experience is an advantage but not required
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide assistance to customers regarding their inquiries
Analyzing the customers inquiry and suggest possible solutions
Communicate to the team regarding the new trends, problem and solution encounter
Keeping private all the personal information gather from the customers
Perform other task assigned by the supervisor
