Qualifications:
•Korean National conversational in English
•Filipino conversational in Korean language
•Degree holder of any course, must be a 4-year course
•With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
Responsibilities:
•Responsible to assist in compensation and benefits inquiries of Korean managers and employees
•Provide basic HR advice to employees about onboarding process and pre-employment requirements using Korean language
•Manage employee information and data on global system
•Communicate effectively and resolve employee queries
