Position: Korean Customer Rewards Specialist

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon-Sat)
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Requirements:
Open for Korean National preferably resident visa holders
Open for Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
Preferably Bachelors degree holder of any field
1 to 2 years customer service experience
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office - MS Excel, Word, or any CRM tool
Amenable to work from home and Makati City
Can start on July 2022
Responsibilities:
Act as a contact center to support Korea sites
Answering phone calls or emails from Korean clients with rewards inquiries
Manage the customer service portal and create ticket per inquiry into the system
Provide accurate information of the terms and recommend best package of products to clients
