Position: Korean Order to Cash Specialist

Requirements:
Open for Korean located in the Philippines
Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Korean language
With experience in Accounting and Finance is a big advantage
Good English communication skills
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Monitor credit exposure and release processing
Process types of collections from customers and sales securities
Reporting of receivables
Manages sales orders based on received requests
Assure correctness and completeness of data in customers sales order
Coordinate process and follow up the demand orders from the customer and courier
Ensuring the timely shipments with an coordination with planning team and manufacturing center
Ensuring that the transaction is reflected in the system
Creating and preparing the billing documents for customers
Assisting finance department in preparing financial report
Provide high level of service while assisting internal and external customer
Ensure that the customer data is updated in the system
Ensure effective communication of any process or data changes
