JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: It is an Information Technology-enabled business process outsourcing company that provides a variety of services to different international companies.
Requirements:
• Korean national proficient in English
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related courses
• With 1 year experience as a AI Designer, UXI designer
• With 1- 3 years experience as a Customer Service
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Google cloud platform or AWS is a plus
• Familiarity in Dialog flow CX is a plus
• Willing to work in Armenia or Angola
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to design and customize the chatbot service of the company
• Test the virtual agent daily and aim to provide better resolution to customers inquiries
• Responsible to research and implement proper responses and automate to provide first contact to the customers
• Help to identify the possible causes and provide immediate solution during the incident
• Contribute to significant ideas to make the application be better an easy to use
