Position: Korean Online Shopping Support
Industry: BPO Company - Luxury and Designer Brands
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Location: Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City and Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Work set up: Work from home
Requirements:
• Korean National with excellent proficiency in English
• Filipino fluent in Korean language
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• With at least 6 month BPO/CS experience
• Knowledge in luxury fashion industry is a plus
• Amenable to work in Shifting Schedule
• With access to quiet and secured room
• With at least 30 mbps internet subscription
Responsibilities:
• Perform order processing and closely coordinating with the Shipping department
• Handling client requests through calls, chats and emails
• Coordinate and provide support with the international premium clients
• Assist clients in styling and shopping luxury brands
