Position: Korean Travel Consultant
Industry: BPO Company
Account: Hotel Reservations
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Php 75,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work set up: Temporary work from home set up
Requirements:
• Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean
• Vocational/short course diploma holder of any field.
• With at least 6 Months experience in BPO or CSR
• Willing to Work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Can start working asap
Responsibilities:
• Assist inbound and outbound calls from Korean customers regarding reservations
• Provide appropriate assistance in Booking and hotel reservations
• Transaction processing following company guidelines and proper procedure
• Answer inquiries from Korean customers and provide language support
