Position: Korean CS Quality Assurance Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 MAX
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting (2 days off)

Requirements:
• Open for Filipino fluent in Korean language.
• Open for Korean nationals who have a permanent visa.
• With atleast 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst
• Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centers, includes time in a quality assurance role)
• Willing to work for a well known account
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
• Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
• Participate in call calibrations and meetings
• Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
• Provide feedback for improvements
• Monitor the performance of team members
