Position: Korean Travel Account Associate
Industry: Travel and Tourism - Shared Services
Salary: Php 85,000 gross
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
• Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
• Open to Undergraduates and Degree Holders
• With at least 6 Months work experience working in related account (Travel and Hotel)
• Willing to work in Shifting schedule
• Can working start asap
Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and resolve canceled and requested bookings
• Assist clients to alternate accommodation for canceled bookings
• Promote company services
• Coordinate with Supervisors and IT Dept for solving system errors
• Maintain company system to ensure to provide excellent customer service
