JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: One of the most used and popular social media platforms in the world. Thai consultants will review contents in Thai language to moderate the information uploaded in the platform. This is a pure non voice position. No phone calls, Consultants do not need to talk to any customer over the phone
Requirements:
• Korean National currently residing in the Philippines
• Filipino proficient in reading and writing Korean language
• Basic English
• With at least 6 months to 1 year customer service experience is a plus
• Open to undergraduates
• Must have at least 20 mbps internet speed
• Applicants should have their own laptop for 1 week. Company laptop will provided for the second week of training
• Must be willing to work in Cavite
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Can start working on February 2022
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
• Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
• Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
• Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
