Requirement:
Native Korean
Filipino who can speak, read and write Korean language
Fluent in English
Bachelors Degree of any course
Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in corporate setting
Willing to work in Pasay City
Responsibility:
Communicate with sellers via phone and email and assist them with account health inquiries
Handle pre-suspension level Sellers and deescalate reported issues
Resolve Sellers issues and attend to account related questions
