Our client is looking for a Program and Project Manager who has Front Office Trading projects experience to join the team for Global Financial Markets Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
– Independently oversee the full project delivery process using good governance practices, act as the project team’s leader, assist in resolving disputes, and establish priorities.
– Recognize the PMO template’s needs for enterprise project and program governance, and embrace them.
– Manage initiatives such as Swap/Delta One, Cash Trading, Regulatory and Internal Mandates, Technology Improvements, and Enterprise Change Transformation projects that produce excellent results for the firm.
– Assist program managers in efficiently estimating and segmenting large projects into deliverables.
– Collaborate with our business partners and stakeholders to comprehend requirements, design solutions, put together a project plan, preside over meetings, take minutes, track deliverables/risks/issues, and follow up on activities. Most importantly, bring the team together to accomplish a single goal.
Job Requirements:
– You have five or more years of program management (PMO) and project management (BA/PM) expertise in equity or FICC technology, as well as in the regulatory, risk, and control fields.
– You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
– You have completed large-scale, complex projects with a lot of stakeholders from several departments effectively (Front Office Trading, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Tech and so on)
– You are familiar with Microsoft Project, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and other office toolkits.
– You are skilled in business writing, using Excel and PowerPoint to develop governance decks and papers with business requirement updates for senior stakeholders.
