Description:

Our client, one of the leading enterprises in the region, with a well-known prestige membership, is looking for an experienced technologist to manage their CRM technology. The selected person will be driving the next generation of their CRM technology design and build.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technology and platform management of the CRM systems.
– Lead software engineers, offshore resources and external resources team across the full SDLC including design, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
– Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release.
– Conduct design & code reviews to ensure the quality of software deliverables.
– Act as a project manager for small-and-medium-sized projects as assigned by the technical/portfolio manager.
– Provide technical expertise in system design, architecture review, and implementation.

Requirements:
– At least 7 years of experience in managing projects, leading a team of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions and provide support. Candidates with less experience can be considered.
– Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
– Hands-on development experience in coding C# / ASP .NET/ ASP.NET MVC / JavaScript (Bootstrap/Knockout/Angular JS) / jQuery.
– Solid experience in large-scale System Integration using SOAP, RESTful service, JMS, SFTP and DB link on Windows platform.
– Experience with Angular and NodeJS development is a plus.
– Good technical writing/documentation skills, design system, and analysis.
– Technical team leadership experience with a strong sense of cooperation and being able to collaborate with different levels of stakeholders in a complex environment.
– Bachelors or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
