Requirements
JLPT N1-N3 Passer/Level
Ideally a female who is fluent in both English and Japanese and can read and write both language
At least college level or collage graduate
JLPT Certificate is an ADVANTAGE
Responsibilities
Participates in a meeting between Japanese executives and other high-ranking individuals who speak a different language, such as plant officers, executives of clients, company managers, and so on.
Interprets the meetings in both Japanese and English.
To make it easier for Japanese speakers of other languages to communicate with one another; Usually, this is used for translating between Japanese and English.
As needed, writes or creates meeting minutes and other documents.
Occasionally offers Japanese language instruction to employees.
Attends a few administrative functions when they are required or when there are schedule gaps.
