Our client is hosting a large-scale enterprise technology platform with billions of messages transmitted on a daily basis, they are looking for a Messaging Solutions Architect to design and build their high-performance and secure messaging platforms for the organization. This role is a leadership position managing a sizeable team. Great compensation and opportunity.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the technology solutions in developing high quality, high performance, high availability, and secure messaging platforms that provide API connections, and messaging services.
– Provide product management including products and solutions delivery. Review the technology design, engineering, and mechanism in providing a more effective messaging gateway and connectivity to the technology platform.
– Act as an architect in the design and maintaining the messaging technology architecture which provides integration with other systems.
– Support the overall technology’s ongoing development and improvement.
– Provide architectural support to other development teams who will be connecting through the messaging platform.
– Work with other senior stakeholders and technology silos in understanding the technology needs and feedback.
Requirements:
– At least 8 years of technology experience with recent years in messaging platforms ideally TIBCO or Solace.
– Experience in building Event-Driven solutions and Rest-based solutions.
– Extensive experience with practicing DevOps, Agile, and common tools such as JIRA and Confluence
– Extensive knowledge of integration technologies such as message brokers and API Management solutions.
– Knowledge of open source messaging bus is an advantage
– Knowledge of event-driven architecture design.
– Excellent communication skills in English to work with senior stakeholders and executives.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related subjects from a reputable University.
