Our client, a leading large enterprise, is looking for a strong Data Center Facility Management Manager with a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background to support and manage their private Cloud Data Center infrastructure. Perm position and working with one of the most state-of-the-art infrastructures and professional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Data Center physical environment management including IT networks, ventilation systems, temperature and humidity sensors, UPS, fire suppression systems, lighting, building fabric, Genset, etc.
Ensure the data center facilities, systems, and communications environment are fulfilling the compliance requirements.
Work with the Data Center Operations team on day-to-day operation, repair, and maintenance.
Provide assistance on the design, provisioning, relocation, implementation, and commissioning of new data center facilities.
Maintain the data center operation guideline, policies, procedures, and documentation.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of data center management experience in Mechanical and Electrical roles.
Experience with data center projects.
Well-versed in different building services and IT management systems such as Power systems, UPS, HVAC, CRAC, CRAH, In-row Cooling, Fire, DCIM, Remedy, etc.
Strong project management experience across disciplines and practices.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Provide recommendations on new data center equipment and facilities.
Proficient Project Life Cycle Management and implementation.
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, able to work with multiple engineering teams in a diverse environment
