It is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment bank, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage multiple priorities and have a keen interest in defining and improving processes. You will have previous experience providing support for time-critical applications & platforms.
Responsibilities:
Support end users on complex technical and functional application issues including FO, MO, BO, Product Controls, and Risk
Respond to end users within the timeframe dictated by the severity of the problem, document and track (case histories, issues, and action steps)
Assist in project management of application development projects according to project management processes
Perform health checks and maintain the system stability and availability for local and regional markets
Requirements:
Degree in information systems, computing studies, IT, or any other related field.
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Java and .Net Languages to name a few
Ideally over 5 years of experience in application support or a similar role
Experience in trading floor support can handle pressure on the trading floor
Intensive experience in the front-to-back business flow of Asian Sales and Trading business and trading platform
Understand IT management software
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
