Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English
With or without experience in Customer service field
SEO experience in Online Gaming field is a BIG plus
Graduate of any course
Knowledgeable in MS Office

Responsibilities:
Answers questions of the Japanese customers about the services
Provide the best solution based on the details provided by the customers
Guides the customer through the problem-solving process
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a quality business relationship with all customers
Perform other related tasks
