Requirements:
• Filipino can speak in both Japanese and English effectively
• Open for Japanese N3 level and above
• Open for graduate and undergraduate
• With BPO or CSR experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling information inquiries, flight reservations, ticketing
Receive customers inquiries through phone calls, emails or chat regarding their questions, resolve issues with delayed and cancelled flights
You also solve problems regarding flight booking, flight changes, and other inquiries.
