Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the product/project implementation
Main contact person for Japan Market to the major clients and customers, partners and stakeholders.
Report the progress and manage the full Marketing and Brand strategy such as the commercial and contractual relationship with local marketing Media, PR & Creative agencies.
Develop company growth and oversee sales
Ensure that marketing and sales target are met
Implement of effective branding strategy and ensure its consistency
Develops Marketing Campaign and Strategic Planning
Responsible in recruiting and training new staffs
Monitor the performances of the employees
Requirements:
Preferably a Native Japanese Speaker
College Graduate of any related course
Good English Communication Skills
With experience in handling and managing team
With gaming experience is highly advantage
Must be flexible and a Team Player
Knowledgeable in MS Office
