Position: Mandarin Technical Support
Location: Caloocan City (Work from home)
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Industry: Software Company
Salary: Php 50,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledgeable in basic network troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in basic windows Troubleshooting
• Languages: Filipino/English/Hokkien/Mandarin
Responsibilities:
• Will coordinate with chinese clients
• Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns
• Assist BIR related concern
• Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the records.
