Position: Vietnamese HR Support Representative (Fixed Dayshift)
Industry: BPO company
Location: Pasay City
Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set- up: Temporary Work From Home
JOB DUTIES
• Main point of contact of all HR related concerns following the policies and procedures set by the client
• Address all the HR related concerns through calls, email and chat
• Assist employees and managers in completing their documents, HR systems, policies and procedures, etc.
• Responsible in investigating issues raised by client's employee related to incorrect records
• Assist employees by providing information pertaining to HR related forms and records
• Initiate appropriate action required by HR or employee
• Perform other task assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• Open for graduates and undergraduates
• Preferably has experience in customer service (HR account)
• Amenable to work in Pasay City if required
• Can start as soon as possible
