Position: Bahasa Indonesian Email and Chat Support Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing - Beauty Products
Location:Makati City
Salary:Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 Basic salary + Incentives
Schedule: Dayshift (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid work set-up
Responsibilities
• Responsible in managing social media sales leads
• Responding in the inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Answers questions about the products offers through chats and emails
• Offer the products to end users or resellers in the social media leads to generate sales
Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Indonesian language
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• Open for graduates and undergraduates
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• No experience required
• Preferably Female
• Can start as soon as possible
