REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Nationals
Preferably Dual Citizens or Filipino who were raised in Japan
Bachelor degree holder
With Managerial experience minimum of 1 year in BPO setting
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage operations and employees for a couple of teams as a shared manager
Communicate with Japanese client by Japanese language via phone, email, chat, video conference, etc. for reporting, escalation, business review and any required communication
Communicate with the team to cascade client request, feedback, requirement, etc. with translation between Japanese and English
Oversees the day-to-day activities and guidance of the team members.
