Salary : Php80,000 -P110,000

With Training
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese (N1, N2, N3 level/passer) with Good English communication skills
At least 2 years in college
With Service Desk/Helpdesk/CSR/TSR work experience in BPO company
With Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries via phone, email, Chat and Web
Ensure accurate documentation of each transaction
Issuing ticketing number to the customers for the escalation of inquiries
Record and update the status received by the resolver groups
Callback the user and confirm resolution (if applicable)
