Position: Thai Email and Chat Support Specialist (Fixed Day shift & Free Transportation)
Industry: Manufacturing Company - Japan Beauty Care Product
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 Basic salary + Incentives
Schedule: Dayshift (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid work set up
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Thai language
Undergraduates are welcome to apply
Open for no experience
Customer service experience is an advantage
Currently residing in the Philippines
Can start as soon as possible
Preferably Female
Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries through chats or emails
Providing answers for inquiries related to product and process
Meet the sales quota and generate future sales
Ensure customer satisfaction
