The Role
- Working with International customers and distributors
- Order entry using Navision
- Organisation and planning of overseas trips for sales staff
- Delivery of sales training and product training when required
- Ensuring stock is dispatched on time
- Analysis of sales figures
- Inventory management
- Liaising across the business with Product Managers, Demand Planning and Warehouse
- Range selection preparation, involving picture quotations and obtaining samples
The Person
- Experience in sale support or sales administration
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerate and systems orientated, experience of Navision would be ideal
- Good time management skills
