Administrative duties
● Order stationery for the department following the process and procedure and ensure that all necessary stationery is readily available;
● Collate and distribute documents; and
● Prepare and handle confidential documentation.
Key Knowledge and skills:
● Attention to detail / detail focused.
● Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
● Ability to work accurately and timeously within a pressurised environment.
● Ability to function with minimum supervision.
● Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting package).
● Report writing skills.
● Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the relevant departments.
● Good organisational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Preferably a Secretarial Diploma.
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary / PA.
Salary : R 10 000.00
