Qualification:
• At least 1 year work experience in the cosmetics, retail, or equivalent industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin Speaking.
• Must display passion in cosmetics.
• Detail-oriented, result-oriented, strong time management skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS applications
• Must be willing to work on-site in BGC Taguig, Mondays to Saturdays.
Duties:
• Overall champion for the product planning and strategizing of the assigned brand
• Drive continual development of products to remain competitive in the market
• Analyse competition and market trends for related insights
• Identify opportunities and translate them into a feasible product development plan through trend and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate closely with brand and sales/operations on planning and execution of marketing efforts.
• Grow the market share and portfolio of the assigned brand
