Company Profile: One of the Biggest Contact Centers has partnered with one of the most prominent and used social media platforms in the world. Cantonese Content Moderator will review contents in Cantonese language to moderate the information uploaded in the platform.
Position: Mandarin Content Moderator (Social Media Video)
Salary: Php 80,000 - P 100,000
Location: Carmona, Cavite City

Schedule: Rotation Schedule (Dayshift, Nightshift)

Duties:
Review and analyze the reported video of social media users
Block and unblock users who posted abusive content of photos or videos
Verify if user reporting of abusive photo should be taken down or stay up
Watch the videos and analyze if it follows the community guideline of social media site
Requirements:
Can understand the written Cantonese characters (read and type Cantonese language)
Open to Bachelors Graduates and Undergraduates
Having work as customer service or content moderator is an advantage.
Must have an experience in BPO, Contact centers or IT company
Willing to start as soon as possible
