Position: Mandarin VIP Reception Agent
Location: Pasay City

Responsibilities:
• Greets all guests at venue entrance and promotes positive customer relations
• Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor
• Promotes business by recognizing VIP's and regular guests
• Maintains cleanliness of menus, bill folder and entrance
• Communicates clearly and effectively to ensure guests needs are met and handles guests queries and complaints correctly
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
• Maintain self and the environment in all areas ensuring highest standards of presentation at all times
• Upholds venue standards for personal grooming
• Has a full understanding of all company rules, regulations, and standards
• Conduct work as a team with other staff to exceed guest expectations
• Work with initiative to seek and offer assistance as required from team members or supervisors
• Maintain positive relations with other staff and departments
Requirements:
• Nationality - Filipino
• With pleasing personality
• With customer service and/or hospitality experience essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good command of Mandarin is an advantage
