Our client is a leading Insurance Group, they are currently working on some new technology development across their API platform for the entire Asia office. They are looking for an experienced Technology Architect to design and build their next-generation API technology. Opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical engineering design and delivery of the API and Microservices Platform which support their next-generation technology platform connecting with various digital systems.
Provide technical best practices on the use of technologies to the application development team.
Be technical expertise in API and Microservices technology, and provide expertise in solving technical problems.
Collaborate with technology fellows to design innovative and effective solutions.
Manage the end-to-end technology design, development, testing, implementation, and support of the platform.
Lead development projects across technology resources, timelines, and technical details.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in enterprise technology including SOA Design, Cloud Native, API, Microservices, DevOps, Mobility, etc
Cloud experience with Private / Public Cloud platforms, with API microservices platforms like Kafka.
Strong experience in web/mobile application solution architecture working with infrastructure cloud, security, database, API, microservices, etc.
Certifications in Cloud Computing, Security (CISSP), and/or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF 9) are a great plus.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communications skills
Good communication in English.
Computer Science Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a reputable University.
