Customer Service Representative
PeopleReady ofLouisville, KY is now hiring Customer Service Representatives!This is a direct hire Bi-Weekly pay position. Candidate will be handling multi line phone calls, Working with customers to take orders, entering orders and making sure orders are filled. Invoicing customers for services and handling any invoice disputes

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16 - $17 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

Answering phones

Talking to customers

Working with emails

Problem solving
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st shift (Day), Weekends
Job requirements:
• Must be able to multi task in a very busy enviornment.
• Will need to be able to problem solve when issues arise.
• Will be working in multiple applications on the computer so must have some computer skills
• Background check required and drug screening required
