Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $9.50 - $11.00 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Clerical Worker:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Job requirements:
Must be efficient and reliable.
Computer knowledge.
Excellent customer service.
Must be able to communicate well with others and take good notes.
Ability to handle questions and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Will be taking inbound and making outbound calls to our drivers/clients/customers.
Will be doing reports, filing information, learning new systems.
Very fast paced environment, so attention to detail is a must.
