Position: Mandarin Reservation Specialist

Schedule: Shifting ( 2 days off)
Salary: P 80,000 - P 85,000 monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Handle and Manage Bookings
● Responsible for responding to the business
● Phone and E-mail requests
● Quick to resolve and provide alternative solutions for misplaced/denied bookings
● Identify and solve system errors and promote online system
● Coordinate with hotels and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
● Open for Chinese Nationals and any nationalities located here in PH
● Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin, English and Tagalog language
● Open for Bachelor’s
● Degree/Undergraduates
● Background in related area is preferred but not required
● Knowledgeable in Computer applications
