REQUIREMENTS:
• Can speak, read, and write Mandarin
• Open to High school Graduate and Bachelor Degree
• Conversational English communication
• With related work experience is advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Resolving concerns and related topics thru email and phone call
• Evaluate customer inquiries and provide feedback
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
• 1st Interview with HR
• Final Interview with Hiring Manager
• Language Assessment - Company-generated test
