Position: Japanese Order to Cash Analyst
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Makati
Salary: Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Work set-up: Hybrid set-up (3 days WFH, 2 Days onsite)

Requirements:
Open to JLPT N1- N2 Passer or Level
Bachelors Degree holder
Must have experience in order to cash or accounts receivable, sales, supply Chain, Finance and purchasing
Good communication skill
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate billings are sent to customers
Ensure correct delivery of billing to clients
Monitor collection flow
Review payments of clients and check if there are discrepancy
Work with onshore and offshore teams
Check order fulfillments, claims and returns
Process order of Tokyo Office
Validating order processing, Contract Management and invoicing
Coordinate with Japanese OTCs in Japan
