Position: Mandarin Speaking Travel Specialist
Salary: P35,000
Schedule: Shifting

Location: Makati City
Duties:
• Respond to customer’s inquiries about bookings, travel promos and reservations thru email and chat.
• Ensures that the customer’s requests is handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Responsible for handling and managing reservation and cancellations of bookings.
• Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings
Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field
• BPO Experience is a plus but not required
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Open for Undergraduates
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English
