Position: Mandarin Customer Support

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: Up to Php 65,000 Gross
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-Up: Work from Home until further notice
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or at least 2nd year college level.
Must be conversational to Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and a team player
At least 2 years of general customer service call center experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Conflict Resolution
Responsibilities:
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of service orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, heavy equipment rentals, scheduling etc.
Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer satisfaction.
