Position: Mandarin Service Desk

Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email and chat, and web
• Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles
• Record trend of calls and recognize outages proactively
• Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer Issues
• Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Can start as soon as possible
• Must have tech skills (Active directory, VPN and etc.)
• Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
• Must have finished at least 2nd year (72 units).
• Open to work onsite in Quezon City.
